10am

The 10am morning service is one filled with great variety. Our members are from across the generations including young families with babies to members long since retired. In every service we hear the bible read and a sermon that teaches from God’s word. We pray for the world, our neighbours and ourselves and regularly declare our beliefs as Christians. We sing a mix of contemporary songs and hymns led by experienced musicians in our band. We also regularly hear about and get involved with Christian mission activities both locally and around the world.

Our Pre School to Primary age children are part of the first few minutes of the service which includes a children’s talk and prayer. They later join an age specific program that includes interaction with the bible, singing and games. A creche is available for children under 3 years. We also have a youth program for students in yr 7 – 9 at high school that takes place in the hall at Normanhurst West Public School.

At the end of each service we like to chat over a cuppa and have a sausage sizzle once a month. Our Sunday service is very important to us and many in our congregation meet again during the week for bible study, social events and special events.
